1. Reinforce the skirt facings with fusible interfacing.

2. Stitch the darts on the back yoke. Press the darts towards the center of the piece.

3. Stitch the left side seam from the zipper mark downwards. Press the seam open, pressing the allowance for the zipper, and finish. Place the invisible zipper under the allowances and stitch so that the teeth are not visible.

4. Stitch and finish the right side seam of the skirt. Press the seam towards the back.

5. Stitch and press open the side seam of the facings. Finish the lower edge. Place the facings with the upper edge of the skirt, right sides together, and stitch. Understitch the seam allowance onto the facing 0.2 cm from the seam. Turn the facings to the wrong side and press.

6. Stitch the seams of the flounces. Press the seams to the left side and finish.

7. Along the upper edge of the upper flounce, sew a line with slightly loose stitches. Gather the edge to the length of the lower edge of the skirt yokes, distributing the gathers evenly. Attach the upper flounce to the yokes. Press the seam upwards and finish.
